What is Nutritional Compounding?
Virginia is able to compound personalised supplements tailored to an individual’s unique nutritional requirements. Compounded nutritional products can include vitamins, minerals, antioxidants, amino acids and botanical extracts. Compounding also allows the exclusion of certain ingredients that an individual may be allergic or sensitive to.
Preparations include capsules, powders, liquids, pessaries, creams and ointments.
Virginia can also create personalised skin care especially for you.

How to Order
- Please phone or email your email through. For new compounds we require your Full Name, DOB, Address, any allergies and any medications you may be taking.
- Once we have all the information we need, we ask for a 3 business days’ notice to ensure that we have time to get your order ready. Please note that under certain circumstances this may take longer if ingredients are out of stock etc.
- We will call you to process the payment for your item over the phone. Please let us know if you would like contact free collection from a locker in Lake Cathie, postage or delivery.
- Once your order is ready, you will receive a text to say it is ready.
